Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, ONE® Condoms cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.

Verification Process
Provide clear photos of the unopened packaging or the damaged goods to help our team verify the claim for a replacement.
Return Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back to our warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
